Online Attendance Tool

How to Use Online Attendance Tool

  1. Go to http://elearning.cookman.edu.
  2. Add your Username. It is 9 digits.
  3. Add your password, the same as your Wildcat Web password
  4. Then, go to Course List and select one of your current semester courses. E.g., 2011_20_es_130_a.
  5. Navigate to Control Panel to find the Course Tools link and open Course Tools
  6. Select the Online Attendance link.
  7. You'll see your students' names on the left. If you have dates set up, you'll see the dates for each student. You can change the date from the drop-down menu.
  8. Or, you can set up your dates, change the dates for beginning, for ending, for meeting, and save the setting changes.
  9. Click Return to Menu to modify your record for each student on a specific date.
  10. Select (P)Present, (A)Absent, (L)Late, (E)Excused, or (U)Unexcused and then Save Attendance.
  11. You're done with your online attendance in one of your Blackboard current courses.

B-CU's Warmack Named President of Harris-Stowe University

Dr. Dwaun Warmack, senior vice president of administration and student services at Bethune-Cookman University, has been named president of Harris-Stowe State University in St. Louis. Warmack was chosen after a national search and the active participation of the university and the St. Louis community. He begins his new position on July 14.
