The Mission of the Office of the University Registrar is to serve the university community. The office reports to the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and is dedicated to providing timely and efficient registration and records maintenance services in relation to and in support of all instructional programs of the university. This support involves the management and administration of a wide range of record keeping services for both currently and previously enrolled students.
Services We Provide:
The Office of the Registrar provides several vital services to Bethune-Cookman University students, faculty and staff. These important duties include but not limited to: enrollment/degree verification, veteran eligibility and certification, transcript processing and evaluation, course registration, course/classroom scheduling, transfer and transient credit documentation, credit by examination, academic records maintenance, graduation clearance grades, student withdrawals, major/minor changes and address changes.
