Residence Life

Bethune-Cookman University provides residential facilities for those wishing to live on campus. There are six female and four male residential halls. We currently provide on-campus housing to comfortably accommodate 1,750 students, available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Housing is supervised by the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs. Each hall has a Resident Manager, Assistant Manager and Residential Assistants to provide direct service to residents.
ATTENTION FROM RESIDENCE LIFE - Those students who fail to report for check-in on the scheduled date and time will lose the pre-assigned room and be placed on a waiting list unless there is an emergency. In case of an emergency the student (parent or guardian) must submit a letter indicating when he or she will assume their room. If they fail to show within two days of the given date, the room will be released. For convenience the letter may be faxed to (386)481-2404.
