Bethune-Cookman University is one of the nation’s premier institutions. I say this with bias and prejudice because of what I have witnessed on this campus. Bethune-Cookman University is a “Caring Community” which is never too busy to care in the progression and success of its students.
We have a student population that is made up of various cultures, races, and ethnicities. Yet, this diversity is what makes the university rich in its’ educational culture. Students are the number one priority and their success is tantamount to the very foundation on which Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune created. I strongly encourage anyone to visit our beautiful campus and witness first –hand the transformative experiences our students receive. Whether in the classroom or attending a football game, you can feel the pride and joy of being apart, of the BCU family. It is like no other experience you will find anywhere!
As a student, take advantage of all the opportunities in Student leadership and development that you can. As a future Wildcat, know that your decision to enter this institution is a sound decision.
