Campus Safety and Security
The Director of Security coordinates a campus wide program to guarantee the safety and welfare of the faculty, staff and students at the University, to protect the physical property of the University, and to regulate the orderly movement of vehicles in parking lots on-campus. In addition, the Director of Security works cooperatively with other law enforcement agencies in the community, investigates violations of campus regulations and policies, and provides security for on-campus activities.
Emergency Notification
For any form of emergency or need of immediate assistance, Security may be contacted at extension 2900 from any University phone, or call direct from an outside line at (386) 481-2900. Campus Security will respond immediately to render aid or assistance. Any questions concerning standby or escort assistance can be directed to the Security Office.
