Florida Prepaid Tuition Plan
The Florida Prepaid Tuition plan is the program in which families prepay for their child’s education at a guaranteed fixed rate. Guaranteed by the State of Florida, the prepaid tuition plan is the largest in the country. For information on the program and how to participate, please contact the Student Accounts Office.
The TuitionPay Plan
As a convenience, B-CU also offers the option to make tuition payments on a monthly basis through the TuitionPay Plan from Sallie Mae. The TuitionPay Plan is an interest-free alternative to lump-sum payments at bill time. It’s also an important part of Sallie Mae’s 1-2-3 approach to paying for college. This approach encourages you to see out sources of money you don’t have to repay, before federal or private loans. If you select the payment plan option, you must pay a minimum of fifty percent (50%) of your tuition balance to B-CU, your remaining balance will be paid through the TuitionPay Plan.
